After graduating from RMIT in 1996 with a double degree in Chiropractic Science and Clinical Science, Michelle began practice in Mair Street Chiropractic.

A keen junior athlete, my first  experience of chiropractic care came after sustaining a grade 3 hamstring tear when I was 16.  It was amazing to learn that my injury occured due to the malposition of my pelvis, placing my hamstring in a position where my injury was almost inevitable.  With chiropractic care I made a full recovery to then compete overseas the following year in long jump and sprinting.

I studied Chiropractic at RMIT, Bundoora, graduating in 1996.  I began work as an associate in Benalla in 1997, before taking time out to travel and work overseas.  Upon returning I took overMair Street Chiropractic and moved it to Carrier Street in 2006.

I'vew had a keen interest in children and their development even more so since the birth of my 2 children, Ava 14 and Tom 11.  I'm really passionate about the improtance that chiropractic care plays in the health and development of children, having both of my children adjusted within hours of their birth and continously since.

I'm passionate about the importance of movement and exercise and have completed my level 1 in crossfit coaching. I regulary attend my crossfit box and participate in various obsticle and trail races.

Holly Robertson

Chiropractic Assistant

I am a wife and mother of 3 beautiful children. My first experience with chiropractic was after a referral from my GP for sciatic and low back pain during the pregnancy of my first child. My husband and children all now receive regular chiropractic care which helps to keep them healthy and strong.

When a position became available I jumped at the chance to work in such a friendly and caring environment with great people, who care so much about each patient who walks through the door.

I have also completed my degree in Business management and this, along with my own chiropractic experience, has helped me to focus on providing our patients with the best experience possible.

I have been a part of the Carrier Street Chiropractic team since 2007 and find it very satisfying to watch our patients progress through their health journey.

I enjoy playing netball, walking, camping and travelling with my family around Australia.

Sharon Welsh

Chirorpactic Assistant

I am a wife and mum to 2 children.  My first experience of Chiropractic was 22 yars ago when my first child was born with "sticky eye".  Doctors were going to operate when I heard about Chiropractic and decided to give it a try. After receiving care no operation was needed.

I myself had lower back pain so decided to give Chiropractic a go and have been having regular care for now 22 years and my husband now also has regular care.

My whole family have been a part of the Benalla hockey club for 15 years with Chiropractic keeping us strong and keeping any injuries minimal.

I have a background in retail and childcare where I completed my Diploma in Childrens services. I love seeing all the family's come into the practice and watching the children thrive and grow.

I have been a part of the team at Carrier Street Chirorpactic since 2018 and look forward to learning more and helping patients achieve their health goals.
